Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

Dear Trainee, we advise you to carefully read our refund policy and procedure for smooth learning process. Due to the diversity of the programs that we have; our refund policy is depends on the course criteria. As follow:

Fundamental Courses:

Any trainee wishes to drop the course and claim the fees has to send email with the details of the course and date of placing the order and rezone of dropping the course, if the learning progress doesn’t exceed 60% of the overall length of the course material. No Refund request will be accepted if the learning progress have exceeded 60% of the overall length of the course material. No Refund request will be accepted after completion of the course. Refunds shall be sent to the payer within thirty (30) days from the date of deactivation date of the program

Career Advance Courses:

Refund requested within Five (5) Calendar days commencing on the date listed as start date in G One Training Center platform, provided no more than 50% of the program has been completed 70% of the tuition amount shall be refunded. Refund requested within Five (5) Calendar days commencing on the date listed as start date in G One Training Center platform, provided no more than 70% of the program has been completed 50% of the tuition amount shall be refunded. Refund requested beyond Five (5) Calendar days commencing on the date listed as start date in G One Training Center platform, the request will not be accepted. Refunds shall be sent to the payer within thirty (30) days from the date of deactivation date of the program

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via same source (original method of payment) within 7 to 21 working days after intimation by the customer.
